HAYAMA NOWA is still a small service.
We don't have large funding or a fully built structure yet.

But we are clear about what we want to do.

More than products. Context.

We don't want to simply list items for sale.
We want to share why something is made,
where it comes from,
and the kind of atmosphere it lives in.

We want to deliver the context as well.

More than polished words, we care about honesty.
More than "beautiful" images, we care about attention.

That's why we're looking for people who would like to work with us.

For photographers

We're not looking for flashy images.

We're looking for photographs that truly see.

Natural light.
Hands at work.
A slightly nervous expression.
The quiet atmosphere of the place.

Not mass-produced e-commerce photos,
but images that gently say,
"This person makes this, here."

It doesn't have to be perfect.
A little imperfection is fine.
But it should feel sincere.

As we are still in the early stage,
we cannot promise large fees.
However, we will compensate fairly within our current capacity.

For writers

We're not necessarily looking for someone who writes beautifully.

We're looking for someone who listens carefully.

Someone who can carry the maker's words
without over-decorating them,
and without treating them casually.

No need to exaggerate.
No need to sound impressive.

A little awkward can sometimes feel more real.

Why we're doing this

There are people who want to sell online
but simply don't have the time.

There are people with something meaningful to share
but no clear way to put it out into the world.

We want to build a structure for them.

We're not trying to grow big.
We want to build something that lasts.

We're still learning and adjusting.
