Fee Components
Selling fees may include the following components:
Platform Fee
A percentage of the product sale price, covering marketplace operation and support
Payment Processing Fee
Fees associated with payment processing services
Currency Conversion Fee
Applicable only to international transactions involving currency exchange

will be provided during seller registration or by separate agreement.

Payment Schedule
Settlement Period
Sales are calculated and settled at the end of each calendar month.
Payment Date
Payments are made at the end of the following month.
Minimum Payment Amount
The minimum payout amount is JPY 5,000.
Amounts below this threshold will be carried over to the next payment cycle.
Shipping Costs
Dropshipping
When sellers ship products directly to buyers,
all shipping costs are borne by the seller.
Store-Managed Shipping
For store-managed shipping:
• Sellers are responsible for transferring inventory to our designated location
• Shipping to buyers is covered by us or determined by individual agreement
Taxes and Duties
Sellers are solely responsible for their own tax obligations,
including income tax, sales tax, VAT, customs duties, and any other applicable taxes.
We recommend consulting with a qualified tax professional
to ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
Fee Transparency
All applicable fees are clearly displayed in the seller dashboard.
Sellers can view:
• Transaction-level fee breakdowns
• Monthly and annual fee summaries
• Payment history and upcoming payouts
Payment Method
Payments are made via bank transfer
to the seller's registered bank account.
Please note that transfer fees or intermediary bank charges
may apply depending on the seller's financial institution.
Changes to Fees
Fee structures may be updated from time to time
to reflect changes in services, costs, or regulations.
In the event of significant changes,
we will notify sellers in advance through the seller dashboard or email.
